Use the account or sign-in link in the site header. After signing in, open My Account to manage your profile, saved posts, followed topics and submissions.

Browse the homepage, categories, topics, Events and Classified Ads. Use site search to find posts by title or keyword.

My Account contains your personalised feed, recent activity, saved posts, your submissions, content preferences, profile details and account settings.

Open Submit a Post, enter a title and content, choose a category and post format, add the format-specific information, then submit. Your post may be held for review before publication.

Upload a clear image that represents the post. It is used on homepage cards, category pages and social previews. Video posts may automatically use a thumbnail supplied by the video platform.

Open My Account and select My Posts to see published, pending and draft submissions.

Use Text for a normal article or story. Add the full article in the content field and optionally include a featured image.

Use Image when the picture is the main content. Upload a featured image and add a caption or explanation in the content field.

Paste a supported YouTube, TikTok, Facebook or Instagram video URL. The theme embeds the player and may import the platform thumbnail. On homepage cards, clicking the thumbnail opens the vertical video viewer.

Use Link to share an external webpage. Enter the destination URL and explain why it is useful or interesting.

Add a question, possible answers and the correct answer. Visitors can choose an answer and see their result.

Add a poll question and answer choices. Visitors vote once and can see the current results.

Add each ranked item using the separate Item name and Description fields. An image can be attached to each item. Select Add more items to create the next ranked entry; the form order becomes the published ranking.

Upload the before and after images and add context explaining the change. The published post presents the two states together.

Enter the item details, price, location and contact information. Published ads also appear in the Classified Ads directory.

Enter the event start and end time, location and relevant details. Published events appear in the Events directory and are ordered by date.

Select the bookmark or Save control on a post. Find it later under Saved in My Account.

Use Follow on an author profile or topic page. Followed content helps shape your personalised feed and can be managed under Content Preferences.

Use reaction buttons to respond quickly, the comment form to join the discussion and the share controls to send a post to another service.

Use the content controls when a post is not relevant or may violate site rules. Hidden and muted preferences can be reviewed from My Account.

On the homepage or another post listing, select the featured image of a Video-format post. The video opens in a full-screen vertical viewer.

Swipe or scroll down for the next video and up for the previous video. On desktop, the Up and Down arrow keys also work.

Use the close button or Escape to leave the viewer. Select the post title or complete-story link to open the normal post page.

Open the Courses page, choose a course and select Enroll. Free courses enroll immediately. Paid courses can redirect to the configured purchase page.

Open My Account and select the Courses tab, or open My Courses. Your unfinished courses show their current completion percentage and a Continue learning button.

Open each lesson and select Mark as complete. The course progress bar updates as lessons and required quizzes are completed.

Choose one answer for every question and select Submit Quiz. Incorrect selected answers are highlighted in red. Quizzes allow another attempt unless the course administrator changes that behavior.

A course is marked Completed when all required lessons and quizzes are complete. Completed courses display a badge on the Courses page and move to Finished courses in My Account.

Select Login or My Account while logged out, enter your mobile number and request an SMS code. The phone field is replaced by the verification-code field. Enter the code to log in or create a Subscriber account, then return to the page you were viewing.

SMS registration needs only a verified phone number. New accounts receive an automatic Member name based on the final four digits of the number. The profile can be edited later.

Create or edit a post, choose the Recipe format and complete the Recipe details panel. The featured image becomes the main recipe image. Add summary, author, times, servings, yield, course, cuisine, difficulty, keywords, cost, video, grouped ingredients, grouped instructions, equipment, notes and nutrition.

Use [Group name] on its own line. Enter each ingredient as: amount | unit | ingredient | note | metric amount | metric unit | optional URL. Metric values enable the Original/Metric selector, and quantities scale when readers change servings.

Use [Group name] on its own line. Enter each step as: instruction | attachment ID | video URL | tip. Readers can check off steps, view media and use Cook mode.

Readers can adjust servings, switch measurement systems, check ingredients and steps, save recipes, open a distraction-free Cook mode and print only the Recipe card. Logged-in saves use the WordPress account; logged-out saves use the browser.

New submissions may require administrator review. Check My Posts for its current status.

Confirm that the post is public and that its URL comes from a supported provider. Private, removed or region-restricted posts may not provide an embed.

Use a standard JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP file within the site upload-size limit. Very large or unsupported files may be rejected.
